Please read below before booking! All treatments provided by Mia Lockhart are billed as Therapeutic Massage on your receipt and are certified for Insurance Billing in Nova Scotia. Prices as listed + HST. WAITLIST If you would like to get in sooner, please call or add yourself to the waitlist as we regularly have reschedules.

CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 24 hours of advanced notice is required. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% appointment fee. No Shows are subject to a 100% fee. Repeated late cancellations or no shows are subject to the full appointment fee.

SNOW/WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: If you anticipate difficulty travelling to your appointment due to weather conditions, please reschedule or cancel without penalty by Emailing the clinic, or Calling/Texting the clinic and leaving a message.

YES! We can do Direct Billing for most insurance companies! If you would like that service please bring your information to your first appointment. We send electronic receipts (or can print receipts) for you to submit your own claims to your insurance company.
