Please read below before booking: All treatments provided by Mia Lockhart are billed as Therapeutic Massage on your receipt and are certified for Insurance Billing in Nova Scotia. Prices as listed + HST.

  • WAITLIST If you would like to get in sooner, please call or add yourself to the waitlist as we regularly have reschedules.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 24 hours of advanced notice is required. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% appointment fee. No Shows are subject to a 100% fee. Repeated late cancellations or no shows are subject to the full appointment fee.

We can do Direct Billing for most insurance companies. If you would like that service please bring your information to your first appointment. We send electronic receipts (or can print receipts) for you to submit your own claims to your insurance company.

Mia Lockhart is a Certified Matrix Repatterning®️ Practitioner, Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist, with over 25 years of manual practice experience. >Therapeutic Focus: Concussions, Pain from Impact Injuries, Brain & Nervous System Recovery.

Mia has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada since 2001. Most treatments covered by Canadian Extended Health Insurance Plans.

Mia is known for her strong hands, grounded energy, multiple years of training applied to helping thousands of clients alongside a keen intuitive sense that leads to effective treatments and lasting results.

Mia’s grounded sensory approach facilitates nervous system healing and body matrix recalibration using proven pain release techniques, while therapeutically supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance, regulate stress patterns, and heal.

Mia is fully certified as a Matrix Repatterning Practitioner using the Specialized Techniques to treat conditions such as CONCUSSIONS, back, neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, hip, knee and ankle pain, headaches, as well as numerous other functional conditions.

Starting 2025, Mia is now offering Myndlift Neurofeedback Assessments and Brain Training as an additional treatment for Concussion Recovery and clients with Nervous System Dysregulation, ADHD, Anxiety and Chronic Pain.
